personal data we collect with any other companies or organizations so you can rest assured if you give your

name, address etc. via an online form or a sales ticket generated in the field that information stays with us.

All purchases made through our website computersplushome.com use Pay-Pal checkout for customer convenience

and security. Once an order has been placed you will receive a e-mail verification of your order and once your

order has shipped you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number for your order.         

Special orders such as  custom computers, laptop batteries, LCD monitors etc. must be pre-paid at the time of

order.

Cancellation of any special orders will be subject to an industry standard 15% re-stocking fee and all return

shipping which is what we would be charged by our suppliers for sending back an item which is not defective

Computers Plus reserves the right to not have to incur any loss due to changing your mind about your order.

All manufactures warranties apply there will be a return shipping fee in most cases. Defective items must go

through RMA process so the defective item has to be sent in before a new replacement is issued. 

In no event shall Computers Plus be liable to any person for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive

damages of any kind, including, without limitation, those resulting from negligent or criminal acts of third parties,

loss of use, loss of data, lost profits, or computer hardware damage, in connection with any of its services.

In the event Computers Plus delivery of the Services is delayed, prevented, or otherwise made impracticable by

reason of any acts of God, fires, floods, earthquakes, or other natural catastrophes or national emergencies,

computer "hacking" attack or computer virus; power outages, technical equipment failures, or any other cause

beyond Computers Plus reasonable control then Computers Plus shall be excused from such delivery to the

extent that it is delayed or prevented by such cause.

We are committed to your satisfaction and will acknowledge any complaints right away and we will work as

quickly as possible to rectify any issues you may have but we do ask that you give us a resonable amount of 

time to resolve problems with any transaction.
