Doug at Computers Plus is a wonderful computer Guru. He fixed our computer from a
malicious infection and he did it so fast. He offered to try and fix the problem
rather than just wipe the computer. Most places won't even offer that!
He gave us some great tools to help ourselves as well. Upon a follow up phone
call he helped again when our ignorance enabled another infection back into the computer,
It's gone for good now but Doug is now our Go-To guy for computer work.

If you need your computer fixed this is the place,Doug came to my house at 6 P.M. on a
Sunday and disconnected my computer and took it back to his office and had it back by
8:30 the next morning working better than it did when I bought it and was way cheaper
than the last place that worked on my computer he even answered all my questions about
how to do stuff very friendly guy I can't reccomend him enough.

Thanks for the help with the printer everywhere I turned people told me throw it away and get a
new one. But I kept thinking it works except for an internal program designed to end its life
and if I can find the one person out there that knows enough to reset that counter....
AND I WAS RIGHT!!
Today I installed the program you sent me and now my printer seems to be working fine.
The counter reset to 4300 out of a max of 8800 with a recommended overhaul at 6600
but bottom line is that the printer works and if I have to reset it ervery week I can.
I realize this was pretty small potatoes as computer glitzes go, and so I was gratified to learn
there are a few good souls out there willing to help a novice with small potatoes.

Finding an outstanding computer technician is hard to do especially if you’re visually impaired
and depend on a computer for daily tasks.
Recently I took my computer in for repairs to a different company upon receiving my pc back
from the previous technician I noticed that something was out of the ordinary as far as computer
performance.
Three days later smoke started coming out of my case so I opened it up and noticed that what was
supposed to be a brand-new hard drive turned out to be a used one that was cracked so I purchased
a new hard drive and installed it but when I booted my computer I got a series of beeps at that
point I was very frustrated and I felt that the world was closing in on me.
With the recent bad experience that I had I felt very uneasy in trusting a different computer technician
to service my pc but a Google search revealed this outstanding company located in Red Bluff called
Computers Plus.
My first phone call to Doug at Computers Plus resulted in what I will refer to as a marvelous
positive experience first and for most Doug was very friendly and listened to the dissatisfaction I
was having with my computer and helped me solve the series of beeps I was having by telling me
to reseat the ram.
I was not able to get my new hard drive working and after numerous emails to Doug I finally decided
to take my computer in to him the next day.
While the computer was at Doug’s shop, or what I’m going to refer to as Doug’s ICU, Doug kept me
informed on the work he was doing to my pc and had my computer revived in no time.
Once I brought my computer home from ICU and hooked everything back up I hit the power button
and was totally amazed in how fast and quiet the computer came to life.
I must say, that if I didn’t know about Computers Plus and its excellent customer service, I probably
would have remained frustrated and still would have had a dead pc. Doug is true to his word and had
my pc ready for my online Cisco Academy for the Visually Impaired classes. The computer works
beyond excellent and I know I can always call or email Computers Plus with any problems and/or issues
I come across. I recommend Computers Plus to anyone in need of a friendly doctor for your computer.
